Expository Preaching |
The pinnacle of our services is the preaching of the word of God--the point wherein God speaks most clearly to His people. Hopewell is committed to expository preaching, wherein the speaker unfolds the meaning and relevant applications of a specific text of Scripture.

The Lord's Supper |
Hopewell celebrates the Lord's Supper on a weekly basis. Those who have professed faith in Christ and been baptized are welcome to participate in the ceremony.

Family Integrated |
We believe that families are important and that our children belong to God. For this reason we encourage children to participate in worship as much as possible. In sum, we seek to heed Christ's words when he said, "Let the little children come to me and do not hinder them. For to such belongs the kingdom of heaven."
However, we recognize that kids can get squirrelly and that sitting through worship is a training process. Therefore, we have an area designated at the back where kids can play quietly with their parent's supervision. |
MusicOur worship team will lead us through a blend of contemporary praise songs as well as classic hymns. We integrate various instruments, including violins, guitars, and a keyboard.

DressFeel free to be casual in your dress. We won't mind what you wear, so long as you are in accord with the general principles of Christian modesty.

OfferingsThose who wish to provide a donation may do so by placing their offering in the box provided at the entrance. All proceeds will go to support the ministry of Hopewell Church.
