Scripture was given so that the man of God may be "complete" (1 Tim. 3:16). That means that you will find the answers to every situation where you lack understanding, wholeness, and spiritual wellness.
Biblical counseling will therefore help you understand your difficulties from God's perspective and provide you with practical, life changing solutions. To that end, you can expect to explore what is revealed in the Bible in each session and have that truth applied to your situation.
